Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA asked Nathaniel Smith (Partnership for Southern Equity), Shelby Buso (City of Atlanta), Stephanie Armistead (Chick-fil-A), and Stephanie Valdez Streaty (Cox) to have a conversation about the challenges of systemic racism. They put together this virtual gathering in response to events over the past few months and based on a recommendation from one of our advisory board members. , but then we want to keep it conversational and have others share and discuss as well. Questions we’ll explore include: How is your company, agency, or organization leaning into the hard conversations? What do you see companies doing that you find valuable? What resources are you tapping into to support your work in your company, agency, or organization?
