Partnership for Southern Equity named in NBA Foundation’s Fifth Round of Grants

The Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) and its YES! For Equity team are excited to be recipients of the first round of 2022 grants with the NBA Foundation.  

PSE is one of 40 nonprofit organizations across the United States and Canada receiving part of the grant, totaling $11 million. 

The grants are focused on increasing access and support for Black youth, and assist national and local organizations that provide skills training, mentorship, coaching and pipeline development in NBA markets and communities across the U.S. and Canada. 

This grant will help support our YES! For Equity team. YES! for Equity is a national training and movement-building force built on the belief that racial equity and inter-generational power-sharing are essential to creating community change.
