PSE Welcomes New Board Members
We are honored to welcome three new members to the PSE Board this month.
Amy Y. Chen, MD, MPH, FACS, FACE
Dr. Chen is the Willard and Lillian Hackerman Professor and Vice Chair for Faculty Development in the Department of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at The Emory University School of Medicine. Her research has focused on the impact of quality of life determinants on oncology treatment outcomes – an area that finds overlapping interest within many areas of PSE’s work.
Elizabeth Swann
Ms. Swann is an accomplished retail operations leader in the telecommunications industry, where she has driven record business growth in start-up and turn-around environments within major global companies. She currently serves as Vice President, Retail Sales for Comcast NBCUniversal. Beyond her professional dedication, Ms. Swann is an advocate for advancing diversity and female leadership in telecommunications, and responding to homelessness.
Emily Winfield, JD
Ms. Winfield is an experienced compliance and regulatory attorney with substantial experience in government affairs. Her experience within city governments, including as Assistant City Manager/Chief Operating Officer of South Fulton and serving in operations leadership roles for City of Memphis, Tennessee, and Washington, District of Columbia, will be valuable contributions in her role on the PSE Board. She is currently Senior Manager, Contract Compliance with Cox Communications.
