PSE Welcomes New Team Members
PSE continues to grow! We are always proud to welcome people whose talents and ideas will make a huge impact on our work. This month, we welcome five new team members.

Marquita Cammon | Just Opportunity Associate
Marquita joins our team after working for nonprofits and public sectors in Minnesota for several years. She’s raised funding, managed and organized initiatives that united Minnesota’s underserved communities, stakeholders, and community leaders. She understands that meaningful change can come from community-focused initiatives, coalition building, and access to opportunities.
Roberto Morales | Just Growth Manager
“I was incredibly happy to join PSE because of its dedication to eradicating systemic racial and economic injustice.”
With over 10 years of experience, Roberto specializes in housing and community development. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Roberto’s exposure to the consequences of colonialism motivated him to dedicate his life to developing and fighting for public policies that address the racial and economic injustices of the past, promote political empowerment, and foment self-realization.

Justin Sykes | Just Growth Fellow
Justin joins PSE after studying strategies for social change at Appalachian State University in North Carolina. During his undergrad experience, he worked on climate justice concerns and developed support systems for BIPOC students in the Sustainable Development department. Justin is now part of the Quaker Volunteer Service (QVS) and will be working as the Just Growth Fellow.

Anna O’Driscoll | Data Analyst
Anna is no stranger to the PSE community. This past year, she worked as a fellow on the Just Growth team through the Quaker Voluntary Service. Anna is excited to start her new position as a Data Analyst on the Data, Research, and Policy team.
Martisse Finley | Sr. Finance Manager
Martisse comes from a background of leadership in finance. She’s an Accounting Professional with the verified skills to meet deadlines and develop a team. She’s worked with city government, creating and ensuring compliance regarding audit deliverables and city codes.
