As PSE continues to grow, we are proud to welcome several new staff members. Their talents and expertise will further enhance the capacity of our Just Health, Just Energy, Just Growth, and Communications teams.
Meet Our New Team Members
Just Health Director
“I have respected and admired the organization for a long time and I am privileged to have the opportunity to contribute to PSE’s longstanding work of furthering equity and racial justice throughout the south.”
Before joining PSE, Robyn served as the Community Health Strategist at the Atlanta Regional Collaborative for Health Improvement for over twelve years. Her commitment to engaging communities to assess health and wellness as well as policy development has been seen throughout Fulton and DeKalb counties. Robyn has also led several community health improvement initiatives and co-designed initiatives specifically focused on health and social equity. Robyn’s leadership and experience will help strengthen the Just Health Portfolio and organizational collaborations and partnerships.
Just Growth Organizer

Bella joins PSE with a long-standing experience working in nonprofits. Her leadership can be seen across the world, as she has helped students through the Peace Corps, SEO Scholars, and American Field Service. After interning with PSE in 2020, Bella became deeply invested in the work that was being lifted up, as well as the vision Nathaniel Smith established. With our Just Growth team, Bella will be active in our Southwest Atlanta communities, piloting Development Watch. She will also work across the Atlanta Metro region, helping with engagement efforts for the Metro Atlanta Racial Equity Atlas.
Communications Specialist
“PSE is a way I can impact society. Without communication, it would be very difficult to accomplish anything.”
James brings PSE more than 30 years of experience, knowledge, and wisdom from K-12 and higher education, county government, and nonprofits. As a multi-faceted communications professional, he spent most of his time working in Alabama and Georgia, and later with his own consulting firm. James will work within the Communications Department to streamline and consolidate communications efforts within the entire organization’s core issue areas and initiatives.
Communications Specialist
“I joined PSE because I want to work for an organization that reflects my values.”
Skye joins our Communications team with extensive storytelling experience as a producer and reporter for television stations and media outlets in Baltimore, New Orleans, Raleigh, and Savannah. She’s told stories that have deeply affected communities of color by translating facts and feelings into relevant and impactful stories, particularly for audiences that might have opposing views. Like James, Skye will work within the Communications Department in support of the entire organization, including all of PSE’s core issue areas and initiatives.
